1. What Is a Preorder?
A preorder reserves your item from an upcoming production run. Because preorder products are made in limited quantities, placing a preorder helps secure your product before it becomes available for immediate shipment.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed on the product page whenever applicable. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.
2. Payment for Preorders
Full payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed. Your order is secured once checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.
3. Cancellation Window
We allow preorder cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.
After that 24-hour window, preorder sales cannot be canceled prior to shipment.
Because preorder items are produced in limited runs, we begin organizing inventory and production shortly after orders are placed. The 24-hour cancellation window helps us keep that process accurate and fair for everyone who reserved early.
4. Changed Your Mind After 24 Hours?
If you miss the 24-hour cancellation window but decide you no longer want the item, you may still return it after it has been delivered, in accordance with our standard return policy.
In other words, while we may not be able to cancel the preorder once production planning is underway, you are not stuck with the item if it ultimately is not right for you.
5. Estimated Ship Dates
Any ship date or delivery timeline shown for a preorder item is an estimate only. While we do our best to meet projected timelines, delays can happen due to production, manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If there is a meaningful delay, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
6. Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both preorder items and in-stock items, your full order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If we choose to split shipments, we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
7. Product Changes
We work hard to ensure preorder products match the descriptions and images shown on our site. However, minor changes may occur during final production, including small adjustments to materials, hardware, packaging, or construction details that do not materially affect the product’s intended use or overall quality.
8. Shipping Address Changes
If your shipping address changes after placing a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.
9. Returns After Delivery
Once your preorder is delivered, it will be subject to Bel0’s standard return policy. Please review our Return Policy for eligibility requirements, timelines, and item condition standards.
10. Acceptance of This Policy
