2. Making a Purchase
To place an order, you must:
- Be legally allowed to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence
- Provide accurate information at checkout
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- Information provided is incorrect
- Fraud is suspected
- The product is no longer available
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms your purchase and the agreement between us.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in your local currency unless stated otherwise. Prices apply as listed at the time of your order. If we discover a pricing or product information error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
We accept multiple payment methods, shown at checkout. If you pay with a card, funds may be reserved upon purchase and captured when the order ships. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping at no additional cost for most orders. Delivery options and times will be shown at checkout and may vary by region.
Estimated delivery times are listed on the Website and confirmed in your order email. We aim to meet all delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to external factors such as customs, weather, or peak seasons.
We do not ship to regions affected by conflict, trade restrictions, or legal limitations.
Once your order ships, the carrier will notify you with tracking info. You’re responsible for receiving the delivery or arranging a pickup if required.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Returned in original or secure packaging
To initiate a return, follow the steps provided on our Returns & Refunds page or email us at crew@bel0.com.
We will refund the full amount (minus any deductions for usage) within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof of its return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
7. Product Defects & Complaints
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately. You have the right to file a complaint under applicable consumer protection laws, usually within 3 years from delivery.
We will inspect the item and, if the issue is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product. Improper handling or wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect.

We follow all applicable consumer protection laws. However, we are not liable for:
- Delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, war)
- Losses beyond our reasonable control or which could not have been foreseen
9. Offers & Promotions
Any promotional codes or discounts are valid only during the period specified. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Once a promotion ends, standard Terms apply.
