We want you to love your Bel0 gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple and straightforward.
How to Make a Return
To send a return:
- Log in with your order information.
- Follow the steps to register your return.
- Send your item(s) back within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please make sure:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Tags are still attached
- Items are returned in original condition
Packaging Tips
For sustainability, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging your items came in.
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please include the return labels for each order inside the package. This helps speed things up on our end.
Return Timeline
The time it takes for your return to reach us depends on your location.
Once received, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of that confirmation.
Refund Details
- You’ll receive a full refund for the returned item(s).
- You will be responsible for costs associated with return shipping.
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
